Job Description
Education: BTech/MCA/MTech
Experience:
15-18Years of total IT experience
Mandatoryexperience of 6-8 years in managing Software projects
fordevelopment and maintenance of enterprise class business IT applications in Banking domainin one of the following set ups:
1. Tier1 IT companies
2. ITcaptives of MNC Banks
3. ITProduct companies focused on Banking sector
Proven expertise in the following process areas:
SDLCMethodologies (Waterfall/ Agile)
Estimationtechniques
ProjectPlanning using Microsoft project (MPP)
RiskManagement
Stakeholder management
Shouldpossess good understanding of architecture of different enterprise applicationto enable better in troubleshooting of environment issues.
Handson Experience in Java and J2EE platforms including Spring, design pattern,angular, UI framework, CI-CD, Microservices Architecture and other tools,should be willing to perform design and code reviews and hand holddevelopers to be more efficient. Focus on quality in initial cycle ofdevelopment knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber is a plus.
Skills
Therole will have responsibility to manage multiple technologies, research &innovation projects (Data Science, AI/ML, BIG data, NLP & deep learningprojects) in the vertical.
Experienceworking in a multi-skilled engineering environment coordinating Change Requestsand Service Requests.
Experienceof managing IT projects within agreed timelines. prepare SOW & itsdiscussion and scope finalization with stakeholders.

Experienceof working with 3rd party vendors/internal IT team
Managementskills to manage one or more large, complex projects simultaneously
Expertisein the use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques e.g.RAIDS, budget, communication
Workingknowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft
Projector Smartsheet or other industry standard tools is desired
Strongteam working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographicallydispersed virtual teams
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Workingexperience of performance management and goal setting of team members and self.
Responsibilities:
Actas a subject matter expert of assigned applications, and as a liaison betweeninternal and external stakeholders
Interfacedirectly with software vendors and consultants for development and support asapplicable
Consultdirectly with users to assess their needs and then create and implement astrategy to improve either the business or application
Assistthe business in developing business requirements and creating technical / functionaldocumentation
Determiningthe resource requirements and hiring the required resources for the project
Handlingthe status calls on daily basis and to track the progress according to thescheduled project plan
TroubleShooting, application Problem Solving with overall coordination with allstakeholders to ensure closure for cross functional services like Demand
Managementand Configuration Release-Security management Coordinating with business andunderstanding their requirements regarding enhancements
