Job Description

Objective of the role : To independently handle commercial sales and leasing activities for Kalpataru commercial assets Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Relationship Managements To be responsible for leasing/sales and related activities of project assignment .Source & Organize inspection for prospective clients, Handle RFPs, Documentation , Agreement etc. in a time bound manner with co-ordination across teams Handle projects, assignments pertaining to commercial leasing and sales as assigned from time to time Coordination with prospective clients and our legal team to ensure timely finalizing of and signing of LOI, L&L Agreement and Agreement for Sale. Organise Business Development, Sales promotion activities on regular basis Broker / Consultant Relationship Management Source brokers/ channel partners in assigned micro markets Manage/ Improvise brokers/IPCs relationships Accurate MIS preparation and Sales process execution Documentation Coordination. with prospective clients and our legal team to ensure timely finalizing of and signing of LOI, L&L Agreement and Agreement for Sale. Conduct Market Research as and when required- Competition mapping, Benchmarking etc. Competencies Required: Analytical Skills Competition Benchmarking Verbal Communication Presentation Skills Relationship Building Sales Documentation
