: M365 and Email Security Administrator with 9 to 12 Years of Experience Position: M365 and Email Security proof point Administrator Location: Chennai / Mumbai and Pune Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced M365 and Email Security Administrator to join our team. As an M365 and Email Security Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and securing the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment and implementing robust email security measures. Your expertise in M365 administration and email security, coupled with your deep understanding of best practices and industry standards, will be crucial in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our organization's email communication and M365 services. Responsibilities: Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Azure Active Directory. . Monitor and manage email security measures, including anti-spam, anti-malware, and email encryption solutions. Implement and enforce email security policies, including data loss prevention (DLP), phishing protection, and email encryption policies. Manage and troubleshoot email delivery issues, including mail flow, routing, and spam filtering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance for email security-related projects. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate email security vulnerabilities. Monitor and analyze security events, conduct investigations, and respond to email security incidents in a timely manner. Stay up to date with the latest email security threats and industry best practices, and proactively implement security enhancements. Provide end-user support and training on email security best practices and M365 services. Stay informed about the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to improve productivity and security. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience as an M365 and Email Security Administrator, with a focus on M365 administration and email security in proof point. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Azure Active Directory. Proficiency in configuring and managing email security solutions, such as anti-spam, anti-malware, and email encryption. Experience in implementing and managing email security policies, including DLP, phishing protection, and email encryption policies. Familiarity with email delivery protocols, including SMTP, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Solid understanding of email security threats and best practices, and ability to proactively implement preventive measures. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex email security-related issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 and email security, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are highly desirable.
