Job Overview: As an HR and Recruitment Specialist at Primacy Infotech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our web consultant international positions. This role requires a deep understanding of the web service sales industry, a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: - Collaborate with hiring managers. to understand their staffing needs and requirements. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for web consultant international roles. - Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and connect with potential candidates. 2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: - Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates" qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Evaluate candidates" suitability for web consultant international positions based on their experience, knowledge, and communication skills. 3. Recruitment Process Management: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance. - Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. - Track and report key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 4. Candidate Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline. - Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Develop a strong employer brand to attract top talent to Primacy Infotech Pvt Ltd. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in recruiting candidates for web consultant international positions in the web service sales industry. - Familiarity with web technologies and a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for web consultant roles. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
