Junior DevOps Engineer @ Mobile Programming

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the management and optimization of our on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps practices, with strong skills in Ansible, the TICK stack, Jenkins, and a solid understanding of both development and operations tasks. Responsibilities Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises infrastructure components. Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management tasks to streamline deployment and provisioning processes. Monitor and maintain the TICK stack for collecting, storing, visualizing, and analyzing system and application metrics. Collaborate with development teams to support and optimize development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. Implement security best practices and compliance. measures to protect infrastructure and data. Document procedures, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps roles, with a focus on on-premises infrastructure. Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management. Experience with the TICK stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Chronograf, and Kapacitor) for monitoring and metrics analysis. Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for building and deploying applications. Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration and networking concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
