Job Description

The Corporate Marketing Team of Globsyn Business School is looking to hire an individual with 4-5 years" experience in bidding for and developing business opportunities related to creative, content, and communication projects. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue online creative, content, and communication projects and consulting opportunities. 2. Develop and implement strategies to effectively bid on projects and secure contracts in these areas. 3. Engage with potential clients through online platforms to understand their needs and requirements related to creative, content, and communication projects. 4. Collaborate with creative teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each project's requirements. 5. Manage the end-to-end bidding process for creative, content, and communication projects, including negotiations and contract finalization. 6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in these industries. 7. Cultivate and. maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. 8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to creative, content, and communication projects to enhance business development efforts. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online bidding for creative, content, and communication projects and business development. 3. Strong understanding of creative industries, content creation, marketing, advertising, and communication strategies. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using online platforms for project bidding and client engagement. 7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to tailor proposals and strategies for different clients and projects. 8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives in terms of project acquisition and revenue generation. 9. Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous
