As an Online bidder, you will be responsible for finding and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork to generate business opportunities and increase the client base. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting project proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable. solutions. Qualifications Prior experience as an Online bidder or relevant role Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to write persuasive project proposals and negotiate contracts Good knowledge of project management and client relationship management Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Proven track record of achieving business targets
