HI we are hiring Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics please find the below details of the opportunity: Role : Business Analyst ( Microsoft Dynamics please) Notice: Immediate Location Hyderabad Experience 3-6 Work Mode contract basis work As per UK timings (2 pm-11 pm IST) Required Skills : 50% into BA & 50% into PM They purely work on internal Jacobi software. User Stories Presentations to Business Technical Solutions Investment or banking domain background Experience in running a rigorous test/release process. Details JD: Jacobi Lead Analyst Platform maintenance and development Maintenance of user accounts on the platform including allocating/deactivating user licenses and updating permissions for functional and sharing role definitions Ensure that agreed development and data governance processes are followed and that audit trails are maintained; engagement with internal audit functions as required. Feature enhancements and new. functionality Support to internal user champions in the completion of change requests for feature enhancements and new functionality Support to internal user champions in the translation of business requirements into users stories and detailed technical specifications for feature enhancements and new functionality Production of non-technical documentation (e.g., user stories, project requirements and guides) Project management Support the tracking of BAU issues on the platform. Regular engagement with internal Jacobi resources to obtain updates on development and testing work in progress. Updating development and testing status of existing work items on DevOps User support Primary responsibility for reviewing posts on internal Jacobi support forums and filtering questions to appropriate internal resources and/or escalating in line with internal Jacobi support processes. Initial diagnostic of user issues and identification of potential solutions Working with project managers and business analysts of other platforms to execute on cross-systems projects. Important skillsets Strong technical and analytical skills Coding ability/ability to understand code. Critical thinking and ability to problem solve. Ability to interpret business needs and prioritize accordingly. Proactive and independent working style.
