Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Grihum Housing Finance located in Dewas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships. meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives. Qualifications Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners Knowledge of the housing finance industry and products Analytical and problem-solving skills Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
