Job Description: We are seeking a Finance Advisor to join our team, focusing on efficient resource allocation and financial planning. The Finance Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring no deficits occur in essential financial tasks. This position requires expertise in financial planning, prioritizing resource allocation, and training finance team members. The ideal candidate will have experience working with manufacturing industry structures and be available for part-time or freelance work, dedicating six hours over three days per week between 10 AM and 5 PM. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive financial plans to ensure efficient resource allocation. Prioritize financial tasks and projects based on management approval and organizational needs. Analyze financial data and provide insights to guide decision-making. Train and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with. business objectives. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Provide guidance on investment opportunities and risk management strategies. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and board members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred. Proven experience in financial planning and resource allocation, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and mentor finance team members effectively. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time or freelance work, with availability for six hours over three days per week between 10 AM and 5 PM.
