Following a comprehensive strategic review the Group has identified 5 key Verticals aimed at delivering the next phase of growth within select markets. These Verticals are comprised of: Fertiliser; Exchange Traded Commodities; Cash Traded Commodities; Consumer Brands (Vamara Group) and Warehousing & Logistics. Key areas of responsibility: Vertical Tax compliances & ETR alignment Vertical Transfer Pricing compliance and control SGA cost controlling NAV calculations . Impairment analysis Consolidation of Financial Statutory & Bank reporting Support in Carve of activity! Realized & Unrealized Pnl & Cash convergence experience. Interest True up on Specific lines & cost of fund calculation Budget preparation & Forecasting FX Exposure management for ETCV Finance & ETCV Corporate BU's IFRS Knowledge is Must Pnl & Balance Sheet integrity review for vertical Budget & Forecast Preparations Financial Preparation and review Required know-how/ experience: Certified degree in Finance 5 to 6 years of experience
