We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to join our client location for Hyderabad. This role requires a self - motivated individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment independently., collaborate with client SPOCs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. If you have a strong ability to source and place immediate joiners, adapt to diverse IT skill demands, and are eager to work in a tech-forward environment, we want to hear from you.

Core Skills:

1. Sourcing: Expertise in creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage immediate candidates.

2. Screening - Strong Assessment skills to evaluate candidate suitability accurately.

3. Negotiation - Proven ability to manage and close offers. Capable of identifying and converting immediate joiners.

4. Client Management - Experience in directly handling client SPOC's.

5. Technical Acumen - Familiarity with IT domain and skill sets.
