With a strong emphasis on sustainable practices and supplier diversity, we collaborate with over 50 NGOs/SHGs and vocational centers across India, championing the talents of individuals with disabilities, acid attack survivors, transgenders, and caregivers of Children with Disabilities.
Position: Manager - Corporate Gifting & Merchandise
Location: Hosur, Tamilnadu and Bangalore
Type: Full-Time
Education: Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate gifting or related field
CTC: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Role Overview:
As the Manager - Corporate Gifting & Merchandise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and management of corporate clients for our merchandise offerings. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our reach, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic corporate gifting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for corporate gifting and merchandise acquisition, aligning with GiftAbled's mission and objectives.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing customized merchandise solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive advantage.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and merchandise, to ensure seamless execution of corporate gifting initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures for merchandise, ensuring products meet the highest standards of excellence and client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate gifting, sales, or related field, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve common goals.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving positive change.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
