Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in merchandising, product management, or e-commerce, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product assortment and quality.
