SEM Analyst (US Shift) @ Uplers

We are looking for a skilled SEM Analyst with 3 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and Performance Analysis.

• Develop, implement, and oversee pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaign targeting and effectiveness.
• Craft compelling ad copy and design engaging creatives tailored to diverse audiences and industries.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across various channels while adhering to financial constraints.
• Leverage AI tools and automation techniques to streamline campaign processes and enhance efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEM and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Proven track record of managing global campaigns for clients in the USA and Canada.
• Ability to adapt strategies for various industries, including eCommerce, B2B, and B2C.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and campaign outcomes.
