Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in our Hyderabad office. This role reports to the Sr. Director - Talent.
What will I be doing?
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across Zenoti from initial job posting to candidate offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Zenoti, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and unbiased selection process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously refining our approach to talent acquisition.
What skills do I need?
- 7 to 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in Product Organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring global top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Passion for diversity and inclusion, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while taking initiative and working independently.
