The Role: We're on the lookout for an E-commerce Growth Specialist with an in-depth understanding of e-commerce algorithms and the nuances of achieving high growth. This role is critical for someone who is not just strategic and creative but also hands-on with experience across major e-commerce platforms in India. As an E-commerce Growth Specialist at SuperSpring Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and expanding our market share.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce algorithms across platforms to optimize product listings, increase visibility, and boost sales.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure e-commerce strategies are aligned with broader marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to steer future growth strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategies competitive and innovative.
- Work closely with product, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Manage and fine-tune paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms to maximize ROI.
- Tackle challenges creatively and employ innovative solutions to drive sales growth across our diverse product segments.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 5 years of proven track record in an E-commerce Specialist role, demonstrating significant growth achievements.
- Expertise in the workings of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to make data-informed decisions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior.
- Innovative mindset with a knack for developing creative marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree will be considered an advantage.
