Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a sales team in the open market
• Check team performance regularly
• Help the team reach and go beyond their sales targets
• Use smart sales plans to grow business in the area
• Work with other teams to improve overall results
• Arrange training and skill-building sessions for the team
• Find and fix any issues in team performance

Criteria:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in any field sales and distribution sales.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Must be a local resident of Bangalore for the past 3+ years.
• Should possess knowledge of team management and field sales.

Salary :: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits + Bonus
