• Age less than 35.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Graduate in any major is ok.
• Experience - 4 7 years from a similar industry is preferable but relevant experience in customer facing roles/Key accounts is fine.
• Packages for regions are mentioned above.

• Key customer relationship management.
• Customer visits, regular feedback, internal coordination with Ops teams to get actionable completed.
• Customer delight management programs.
• Developing/strategizing new ways to meet customer needs and aid in business expansion
• Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members.
