We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in running ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). The ideal candidate will also possess video editing skills to create short and engaging videos for Instagram.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Meta platforms.
Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
Conduct thorough audience research and utilize targeting options to reach the most relevant audience segments.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for Meta platforms to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Create and edit short videos for Instagram, including story posts, reels, and IGTV, to engage and captivate the audience.
Use video editing software to trim, edit, and enhance video content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Experiment with different video formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
Stay informed about emerging trends in video content and social media marketing to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and WhatsApp Business.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, ad targeting options, and performance tracking metrics.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging video content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in campaign execution and content creation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
