Business Development Executive

Role Focus: Acquiring New Software Development Projects (US Market)
Work Mode: Work From Home
Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (IST)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other B2B platforms
2. Client Engagement: Initiate conversations, understand client requirements, and pitch tailored solutions
3. Proposal Management: Prepare and share business proposals, RFP responses, and quotes
4. Market Research: Track industry trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
5. Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up and build strong client relationships

• Sales Reporting: Update CRM tools, maintain lead status, and share daily/weekly reports

Qualifications

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written)
2. Understanding of software development services and project life cycle
3. Experience in international (especially US) client handling is a plus
