Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Process to produce client-focused documents and presentations that meet RFQ requirements.
• Ability to manage both online and offline Bids. Preparing and submitting all internal statutory documents on both Online and Offline submission.
• Procuring Digital Signature Certificate Token/ Registration/Managing portal profiles.
• Vendor management like onboarding of the vendor and code creation process through SAP in collaboration with procurement team for smooth execution of business.
• Maintaining the financials related to GKAs business in collaboration with the finance & corporate & periodically sharing the financial analysis like overdue Outstanding, EMD, SD, PBGs..
• Communicate effectively and precisely at all times to all appropriate internal and external stakeholders for meeting RFQ Needs.
• Prepare and review the technical and commercial aspects of the bid, ensure all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Prepare Budgetary & Voluntary Quotation to institutions in order to work on the costing of RFQs.
• Managing Liasoners service invoices and processing for payment Repository of Documents Pre & Post tender documents, Liasoners / Stockiest agreements, Audit Requirements.
• Presentation Sales Meeting Travel / Stay Arrangements Preparation of Sales Reports
