Job Summary

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our jewellery showroom. Your role will involve assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewellery, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will work closely with the showroom team to meet sales targets, maintain the showroom's appearance, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Making Sales in the showroom (Diamond Gold and Silver)
• Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs
• Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
• Maintain sales targets
• Stock tallying and verification
• Maintaining good relations with the customers.
• Taking care of the entire showroom cleanliness

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 6 year experience in Jewellery showroom sales
• Must have skills like confidence , good communication and activeness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
• Must know Telugu language.
• Having basic computer proficiency, including experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
