Roles & Responsibilities:
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job application and performing phone screenings.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews( face-to-face, telephonic & virtual)
.Follow up and Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications and make hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
Prepare and present offer letters to successful candidates.
Onboard new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into their new roles.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
