Job Description

: Understanding on National, Internation guidelines and standards Need to work withing Company policy as outlined Hygenco Green Energies Pvt Ltd. Work Experience with PLC, DCS, F&G, MCC & VFD required. Experience with selection of Analyzers in compliance with domestic and international codes and standards, project specifications & general specifications prevalent in. Power, Oil & Gas, Chemicals & other associated industries. Design and Engineering: Support in developing control systems and instrumentation plans based on project requirements. Designing control panels, instrumentation loops, and communication networks. Selecting appropriate sensors, actuators, controllers, and other components. Creating engineering documentation such as P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), control logic diagrams, termination/wiring and specifications. Procurement and Vendor Management: Identifying and procuring necessary equipment, instruments, and materials. Evaluating vendor proposals and selecting suitable suppliers. Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation of control systems, instruments, and associated equipment on-site. Coordinating with construction teams to ensure proper installation according to design drawings and specifications. Conducting functional testing(FAT & SAT) and witnessing calibration of instrumentation systems. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues during commissioning. Project Management: Developing project schedules and budgets for C&I-related tasks. Managing resources effectively to meet project objectives. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation of all C&I-related activities, including installation records, test reports, and as-built drawings. Generating progress reports and performance metrics for project stakeholders. Documenting lessons learned and best practices for future reference. Training and Support: Providing training to operational staff on the use and maintenance of control systems and instrumentation. Offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance post-commissioning. This role required Design and commissioning expertise which will support to optimize and stabilizing the plant operation. Also to maintain the reliability on spares to keep plant operational and reduce the downtime. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or E&TC from an accredited engineering college. 8-10 years of formal experience in Engineering, startups & commissioning
