1. Overall Preventive Maintenance and operation of engineering equipment and infrastructure, i.e.; Electrical, BMS, HVAC, Chiller Plant, Cooling Towers, Water System, Firefighting system, STP Plant, RO Plant, Solar Power, Kitchen equipment, Lifts, DG Sets, UPS, Transformers, AV System, Lifts, Lighting Automation system, Doors, Furniture, Waterbody, any Civil, plumbing and carpenter work.

2. Maintain proper maintenance and operational log books for each equipment.

3. Optimum use of equipment for energy and water conservation.

4. Coordinate with IT team for IT and AV equipment and with admin team for smooth day to day operation.

5. Work and manage team of internal and external 3rd party technical resources performing analysis, design, configuration, development, testing and deployment activities for our applications.

6. Develop processes, SOPs, systems to support applications and equipment.

7. Demonstrate ability to identify issues, independently resolve routine issues, escalate more complex issues to a higher level, and ensure legal and statutory requirements are met pertaining to engineering and maintenance department.

8. Experience in Pharma Company/Corporate Office.

9. Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
