Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  
• Coordination of Induction and Joining Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement Good Communication skills, proactive.
  
• Have 1-4 years of relevant functional experience. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  
• Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement Human Resource HR Executive Recruiter.
  
• Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.
• Prepare MIS reports
• Coordinating with stake holder
• Grievance handling
• Employee engagement and connect.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have 3-4 years experience in HR domain

Must be MBA in HR

Good communication & writing skills
