Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Direct Channel team in Faridabad. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and promoting our range of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interactions
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the direct channel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good understanding of insurance products and market dynamics
Graduation degree in any discipline
