Job Objective:
As a Client Servicing Executive, your main objective is to cater to the needs of our paid clients (property owners), ensuring their satisfaction, resolving queries, and assisting them in finding genuine buyers for their properties. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships, enhancing credibility, and facilitating account retention and renewal.
Job Description:
- Maintain relationships with existing high net-worth individual (HNI) clients of 99acres.com.
- Assist clients in finding genuine buyers for their properties.
- Resolve posting-related queries and ensure optimal usage of advertisement inventory.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
- Coordinate internally with various teams for seamless service delivery.
- Achieve process SLAs and generate MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in client relationship roles, particularly within voice processes.
- Strong convincing abilities.
- Flexibility with rotational week offs.
