Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Individual for a Technical Trainer with strong fountains in Desktop troubleshooting, Printer troubleshooting, Office 365, windows servers, Virtualization, Azure/AWS, and Networking. You will be responsible for the training of the new joining for the role of Associate System Admin, L1 and L2 resources. Required skills:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Proven hands-on training experience is a must.
- Design, Develop and Deliver training on System administrator /System Engineer Topics (Desktop, Printers, Back-ups and disaster recovery, Windows servers, Virtualization, Networking, Azure/AWS, Office 365 and Active Directory)
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new recruits and existing staff.
- Customize training material to align with company standards and specific team needs.
- Stay updated with the latest system administration tools and trends.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to understand skill gaps and training needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly
Shift timing and working hours:
Night shifts and Rotational shifts
5 Days working in a week
