We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a preference for those with consultancy experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand and culture to attract potential candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a consultancy environment, Particularly in IT Recruitment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
