Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Summary:You will be responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your typical day will involve upskilling and crossskilling technology talent, contributing to course content development, and creating questions for certification and assessments.
Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Upskill and crossskill technology talent to keep them marketrelevant. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Selenium. Good To Have Skills:Experience in other automation testing tools. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
