Project Role :Technology Educator
Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:?Python Training Delivery:Conduct engaging and informative Python programming training sessions for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners, covering foundational concepts, data structures, algorithms, and application development.?Content Development:Create dynamic training materials, including tutorials, exercises, and case studies that align with current programming practices and Python version updates. Focus on making complex concepts accessible and engaging.?Upskilling Initiatives:Lead upskilling efforts for learners by introducing advanced Python topics, such as asynchronous programming, decorators, and context managers, to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement.?Cloud Integration Examples:Incorporate examples and exercises that demonstrate how Python interacts with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), emphasizing the use of Python SDKs for cloud automation and application development.?Certification Guidance:Provide structured guidance and resources to help learners prepare for Pythonrelated certifications, enhancing their professional credibility and job marketability.?Interactive Learning Environment:Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment, encouraging questions, facilitating discussions, and promoting a collaborative learning culture.?Continuous Content Update:Regularly update training content to reflect the latest Python developments, security best practices, and cloud technology trends, ensuring the training program remains relevant and uptodate.?Feedback Implementation:Actively seek and incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness, content relevance, and delivery methods.?Community Engagement:Participate in Python programming communities, forums, and events to stay informed about industry trends, share knowledge, and bring insights back to enrich the training program.?Personal Development:Pursue continuous personal development in Python programming, cloud technologies, and educational methodologies to enhance teaching effectiveness and technical expertise.
Technical Experience:?Proficient in Python Programming:Demonstrated proficiency in Python, with a strong grasp of its syntax, standard library, and development environments. Experience with both Python 2.x and 3.x versions is preferred.?Content Creation Expertise:Experienced in developing comprehensive training materials, including written content, video tutorials, and interactive exercises tailored to varying skill levels.?Practical Python Application:Handson experience with applying Python in realworld scenarios, ranging from simple scripts to complex application development, including web development with frameworks like Flask or Django.?Cloud Familiarity:Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and how to use Python to interact with cloud services, automate tasks, and develop cloudbased applications.?Interactive Teaching Style:Skilled in delivering interactive and engaging training sessions, capable of adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and technical backgrounds.?FeedbackDriven Improvement:Proven ability to use feedback constructively to continually improve training content and delivery, ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction and achievement.?Community Active Participation:Active involvement in Python programming and related learning communities, demonstrating a commitment to staying uptodate with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in Python programming and education.
