International Non-Voice Associate (Night) @ Wipro

Job Description

• Process lease applications to gather necessary documentation and uploading documents to ERP platform.
• Send leases to residents for signature and upload fully executed lease to the property management software.
• Manage utilities at the property level which includes: coordinating necessary paperwork to turn on utilities and assisting in bill payments.
  Schedule move-in orientations for residents. Collect application fees, hold fees, and initial funds regarding applicant applications.
• Assist customers in Move-in Processing, Eviction Tracking and providing notice to vacate & move out processing.

Skills Required:

• Good communication in the applicable language/s (English)
  - Spoken skills & written skills
• Complete Work from Office
• Willing to work in the Night Shift (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
• Customer service skills
• Technical proficiency in MS office products required (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Prefer to have experience using Yardi Voyager or similar property management program
