- Provide technical and business context to internal teams when there is an issue related to the customers configuration,
- Relay the impact of system issues or outages to the customer and address all follow-up communications and project manage technical needs associated.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to create customer-specific rollout plans for product updates and new product releases.
- Ongoing education for the customer on to address technical and product capabilities of LiveRamps product suite based on predefined methods/SOPs.
- Maintain comprehensive shared, internal technical documentation for customers and provide regular Runbook updates to customers.
- Understand all technical cost-to-serve elements (e.g., ticket volume, cloud costs, etc.) associated with each customer and define plans to improve upon these.
- Overall program management of technical projects implemented with strategic customers.
- Continuously advise customers on how they can improve their implementation to drive additional business value from LiveRamp, based on predefined workflows
- Deliver required, unique customization in the platform on behalf of a customer, and work with Product & Engineering teams to move toward Product standardization.
- What success looks like for the customer and ideate on recommended solutions for the customer.
- Design and complete technical tests to improve the value that your customers derive from the LiveRamp platform or to understand the impact of upcoming core product changes to your customers workflows.
- Independently deliver required, unique customization in the platform on behalf of a customer,
- Translate business strategy into technical configuration based on predefined SOP/guidelines.
- Understand all technical cost-to-serve elements (e.g., ticket volume, cloud costs, etc.) associated with each customer and define plans to improve upon these.

- Customer centricity, stellar client relationship manager
- Strong communication skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills
- Highly productive, flexible, and seeks efficiency in all things.
- Independent and requires little management.
- Knowledge of AdTech Ecosystem (LiveRamp competitors, LiveRamp partners, SSPs, DSPs, Measurement, etc)
- Familiar with SQL and is comfortable building intermediary queries and modifying more complex ones (SQL experience from current or previous roles required) to analyse data
- Familiar with command line / terminal environment and is comfortable handling / QAing / modifying customer data files
- Continuously advise customers on how they can improve their implementation to drive additional business value from LiveRamp.
- Provide technical and business context to internal teams when there is an issue related to the customers configuration, what success looks like for the customer, and ideate on recommended solutions for the customer. Translate business strategy into technical configuration.
