Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive at Net Ambit for L&T Sufin, Your Core will be in on boarding and create network of the buyers for the awareness and sales for L&T SuFin   and will be responsible for identifying and targeting MSMEs, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves a proactive approach to business development, understanding client needs, and positioning our products/services as solutions that add significant value to MSMEs.
  • Must have a Selling products or services directly to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) involves understanding their specific needs and challenges. Here are some key profiles that are typically involved in selling to MSMEs and can be picked for shortlisting, below are few examples of profiles which suits our requirement.
  • Sales Representative/Executive:
    Responsibilities: Sales representatives are on the frontline, actively reaching out to MSMEs/Societies, understanding their requirements, and pitching products or services that meet their needs. Skills: Communication skills, negotiation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships are crucial.
  • Field Executives at Small channels :( Suppliers)
  • Responsibilities: Account managers focus on building and maintaining relationships with MSME clients. They ensure that the client's needs are met and look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
    Skills: Relationship management, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the client's business.
  • Business Development Executive:
  • Responsibilities: Business development managers are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to penetrate new markets, and expanding the customer base.
    Skills: Market research, lead generation, strategic planning, and a good understanding of the MSME landscape.
  • Product Specialist:
  • Responsibilities: Product specialists have in-depth knowledge about specific products or services. They assist MSMEs in understanding the features and benefits of the offerings.
    Skills: Product knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex information in a simple manner.
  • Products/Services: Software solutions, cloud services, IT consulting, cybersecurity services.
  • Products/Services: Advertising campaigns, digital marketing services, branding, market research.
  • Products/Services: Banking services, financial consulting, investment management.
  • Products/Services: Industrial equipment, machinery, manufacturing solutions.
  • Products/Services: Medical devices, healthcare IT solutions, consulting services.
  • Products from Textiles and Apparel Manufacturing Machinery:
  • Food Processing and Packaging Machinery: Stationary
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our products/services and how they address MSME requirements. Clearly articulate the unique value proposition and competitive advantages.  
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing MSME clients.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Explore new markets and business opportunities to expand the reach of our products/services among MSMEs.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, with a focus on MSMEs.
  • Strong understanding of MSME market dynamics and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
