Manager Hr & Compliance - Engg Projects @ Prime Placement

Job Description

1) To support the development & implementation of HR Initiatives & Systems.

2) To provide induction/counselling on policies and procedures like leave, reporting officers, management hierarchy etc.

3) To actively involve in consistent recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing hiring process.

4) To maintain smooth onboarding process like issue of appointment letter, ESIC, PF Generation.

5) To resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

6) To conduct performance & wage reviews.

7) To develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness.

8) Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

9) To handle workplace investigation, disciplinary and termination procedure.

10) Experience in following and maintaining workplace policy.

11) To possess knowledge of relevant health & safety laws.

12) To possess experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

13) To be competent in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook

TIMINGS -  10.00 AM TO 6.00 PM

WEEK OFF     SUNDAY
