Role Description This is a full-time role as an Insurance Sales Specialist at Ideal Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. located in Lucknow. As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing customer service, and managing insurance brokerage. Your main tasks will include interacting with clients, explaining insurance options, assisting with policy selection, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Qualifications Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills Knowledge of various insurance products, including General/Life Insurance Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Prior experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
