Job Description

We are looking for performers with 5+ years of experience in generating business through bidding portals, social media, and direct or indirect approaches such as cold calling, email campaigns etc. Would be responsible for lead closing & conversion, client response, follow up & account management across the globe.


Desired Candidate Profile Roles & Responsibilities


- Handling and Managing Pre Sales

- Researching organizations and individual businesses to find new opportunities.

- Arrange online conferences and Face to Face meetings with technical team members with clients.

- Project Management and Helping the team to complete their goals

- Sharing Suggestions with the client for new opportunities.

- Creating project Milestones and taking approval from clients.

- Attending Client conferences, meetings for project updates, and development feedback.

- Work on Estimation, quotes, proposals, and RFP for clients based on clients' requirements.

- Creating goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Successfully managed the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using the Agile methodology

- Trusted & detail-oriented person with impressive success in driving open source and mobile projects and managing P&L.

- Spearheaded large-scale program management including agile, iterative & waterfall project management, enterprise program governance, risk management, outsourcing/insourcing, and offshore/onshore development models

- Spearheaded the recovery of multiple strategic and complex IT-driven Digital transformation program sales


Profile Requisites


Should be proficient in project analysis and execution.

Strong Interpersonal/Analytical skills.

Good understanding of SDLC for website/mobile application development.

Business-oriented and comprehensive writing abilities in order to generate various proposals.

Experience in Client communication.

Understanding of marketing concepts.

Handled international clients
