The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that align with our business objectives. The candidate should have a strong background in GCP services and tools to leverage cloud-based capabilities for AI/ML projects. Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for diverse applications. Utilize Google Cloud Platform services and tools to build scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean large datasets for training and evaluation purposes. Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models, ensuring high performance and accuracy. Implement models into production environments using GCP deployment tools and best practices. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and GCP services, and integrate new tools or methodologies to enhance existing solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Create detailed documentation for developed models, algorithms, and integration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and future reference. Adhere to security and compliance standards while developing and deploying AI/ML solutions on the GCP platform. Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track the performance and health of deployed models. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform, including services like AI Platform, BigQuery, Dataflow, and TensorFlow on GCP. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
