Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a proven track record of leading successful AI projects from conception to deployment. As the AI Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of AI engineers and researchers, guiding them in developing cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex business problems. Responsibilities: Lead a team of AI engineers and researchers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them within the company. Evaluate the performance of AI models and. implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Lead the research and development of new AI algorithms, architectures, and techniques. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all AI projects. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the AI team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience 5+ years in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms in a production environment. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++; experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Excellent understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of AI professionals. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Healthcare, Life Science and Fintech industry exposure or experience is a plus
