Company Description Tamarack Freight is an asset-based transportation company with terminals in Edmonton, AB; Calgary, AB; Dorval, QC; Mississauga, ON; and Halifax, NS. We are a Canadian Customs bonded carrier and offer on-demand booking services for semi-trucks, dry vans, and flatbeds. With a fleet of 53-foot dry van trailers and flatbeds, we provide reliable transportation solutions and have 20,000+ square feet of warehousing and cross-docking facilities in Edmonton, AB and Mississauga, ON. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Tamarack Freight located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their transportation needs. Qualifications . Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Customer Service and Customer Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems) High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications or training is a plus
