We are hiring for Customer Service role for MNC's
Location will be Mumbai,
Malad, Chandivali, Powai, Thane, Airoli and Vikroli
Openings for shifts such as US, UK and AUS
Timings are as follows :-
US - 05:30pm to 10:30am any 9 hours.
UK - 11:30am to 03:00am any 9 hours.
AUS - 03:00pm to 03:00am any 9 hours.
Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduated
Experience:
HSC Passed + 18 months of BPO Experience
Graduated + 12 months of BPO Experience
Salary :
Freshers - 14k In-hand + incentives
Experienced - 25k to 50k In-hand + incentives
Relevant experience from these organization is preferred
Concentrix, Sitel, Capita, Teleperformance, Sutherland, Accenture, Epicenter and First Source.
Handle Customer inquiries and issues via phone.
Provide information about products/services and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records.
Communication required - English
Cluster 1 , Cluster2 , Cluster3
Salary range:
14k to 42k In-hand + plus incentives up to 40k
5 days working - 2 rotational week offs
