Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at BJS Home Delivery located in Chandigarh, India. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will serve. as an ambassador for our retail clients" brands and contribute to maintaining our high standard of service.
