Summary:As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, across multiple teams and projects. Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, including burndown charts, velocity, and other Agile metrics. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and mentor teams. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues. Experience with Agile metrics and tools, including burndown charts, velocity, and JIRA or similar tools. Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Program Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
