Role & responsibilities
Job Overview:
- We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Stack Developers, with a strong preference for full-stack profiles, though our primary focus is on backend expertise.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering production-grade products through multiple project lifecycles and engineering-driven engagements.
- Youll be working with a collaborative and quality-focused product development team to build scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to backend development using C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to build and deliver enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement scalable services and APIs deployed on Microsoft Azure.
- Work in an agile environment and actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Contribute to frontend development as needed using Angular and React Native with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Strong command of C#, .NET Core/Framework, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience with Azure services, deployments, and environment management.
- Exposure to frontend frameworks like Angular and React Native.
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering products to market with engineering discipline and a product mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, coding standards, and debugging practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates based in or near Chennai with the ability to collaborate in person when needed.
- Experience working in agile and product-centric environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure environments.
