We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology initiatives, overseeing key engineering programs, and improving processes that support the CTO s vision and goals. You will act as a central point of contact between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Project Ownership
Drive planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technical programs and initiatives.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and progress across multiple projects.
Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and infrastructure teams to manage timelines and remove roadblocks.
CTO Office Support
Manage and prioritize incoming tasks, requests, and communications for the CTO.
Ensure timely updates on the status of projects and initiatives under the CTO s purview.
Coordinate key meetings, tech reviews, dashboards, and reports.
Process Tool Management
Identify gaps in existing workflows and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Own and manage tools used for engineering project tracking, documentation, and communication.
Define and enforce best practices for project governance, reporting, and execution.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between the CTO, tech leadership, and other internal stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, data summaries, and insights for reviews and leadership updates.
Align multiple workstreams and teams with organizational objectives.
Team Culture Enablement
Foster alignment across technical teams and ensure consistency in goal tracking.
Support knowledge sharing, onboarding practices, and team coordination.
Requirements:
10 years of experience (Min 5 years relevant) in program/project management within a technology-driven organization.
Proven track record of managing large, complex, and cross-functional technical programs.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with experience interacting at all levels, including senior leadership.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar project tracking software.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
