Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Run the sprint ceremonies - daily standup, requirements grooming, retrospection, demos
- Understand the requirements, estimate the story points with the team and plan PI, Sprints
- Track and publish delivery metrics across sprints
- Work with Technical programme manager, tech lead to address any clarifications needed on requirements, design and test cycles
- Schedules meetings for Transition as well as requirements grooming and demo's during steady state
- Experienced(desirable) in implementation / enhancements of ecosystem of applications involving SFCC B2B, Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS and Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, Azure integration services, along with Next.js UI
- Coordinate with Carlsberg stakeholders, OEM, 3rd party support teams and GSPANN teams to address risks, issues, dependencies and blockers unresolved by technical lead. Track day to day sprint progress
- Coordinate code reviews, application demos, collect feedback from stakeholders and plan for addressing them in future sprints
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience with strong exposure of Ecommerce/Retails/CPG domain with agile delivery of Salesforce B2B commerce cloud or any E-Commerce platform.
- Experienced in leading a team of 15-30 FTE for enhancements and run scrum of scrum/ POD based delivery planning and execution.
- Give delivery guidance to ensure SLAs, KPIs and timelines planned are met with good quality.
- Experience in using GitHub is mandatory & knowledge on CI/CD is must.
- Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Continuous delivery experience preferred
- Proven understanding of Scrum/Kanban and agile principles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to successfully connect with both business and technical teams
- Should be experienced in engaging with client stakeholders and gathering requirements, resolve pending decisions, manager risks and issues at project level.
- Should have very good articulation and conflict resolution skulls
