Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, managing and training kitchen staff, creating menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory and. budget. The Executive Sous Chef will also collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and recipe development. Qualifications Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, or related field Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Creativity and innovation in menu planning Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Attention to detail and organizational skills
