Job Description
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic HR professionals to Join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiter-Trainee on a contractual basis.
Location : Kochi, Trivandrum ,Hyderabad
Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and source suitable IT profiles from various job boards
- Screen candidates through phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update databases of candidate and recruitment trackers.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Qualifications
- 0-1 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment/Sourcing or internship in HR
- Willingness to work on a contractual basis
- Flexible to work from office
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT Roles and technologies (e.g Java, Dot net, Testing etc)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using MS excel and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Strong follow-up skills
